The software polls time from a standard NMEA GPS time receiver connected to the host PC's serial port and optionally allows time to be synchronised on the host PC. The GPS clock utility polls GPRMC messages from a standard NMEA GPS time receiver. Information received from the GPS receiver such as time, date, gps status, satellites is shown.

Does not work on my compyter. I can see in the NMEA Sentences box that good messages come ($GPGGA and $GPVTG) but TimeTool did not display any data, neither GPS time nor GPS...

Not enough choices. I really found it impossible to use, it only allows you to select either com1 or com 2 for the interface, and I have a USB GPS receiver that winds up...
